If you have been following me, you have probably heard me saying that healing happens in the relaxation response.
And if you have had Healing Touch before, you already know how relaxing a session can be.
But this is the thing.
There is something that sets Healing Touch apart from simple relaxation.

The techniques I’ve been trained in are aimed at repairing and strengthening your energy system so your body can better do something it is already working at (or trying to) 24/7: HEAL YOU.
And when I say HEAL and REPAIR I’m talking about the body, the mind and the emotions.
